The reality check
You've seen the "passive income" posts. Nobody shows you the hard parts.
Maybe you've been scrolling host groups for months. You've saved the videos. You've even looked at condo listings. But something keeps stopping you:
"What if I pick the wrong unit and it never gets booked?"
"How much do I really need? Everyone says something different."
"Is it even allowed in my condo?"
"What if I spend on furniture and guests still don't come?"
"How will I handle cleaning, check-ins and guests while I still have a full-time job?"
These are fair fears. Most new hosts learn the answers the expensive way — by losing money. This workshop helps you learn them in one afternoon instead.
The blueprint
Airbnb isn't luck. It's a system.
Successful hosts aren't luckier than you. They follow a clear order. Skip a step and it costs you. Follow the order and your first booking stops being a guess.
STEP 01Choose right
STEP 02Budget right
STEP 03Set up right
STEP 04List right
STEP 05Run right
The Airbnb Starter Blueprint walks you through that order, live — from planning to your first booking.

PART 01
Is Airbnb right for you?
The honest picture: the time, money and risk involved. Who should start now, and who should wait.
PART 02
Choosing a unit that gets booked
Location, building, unit type, and the red flags that mean walk away. Plus the three ways to start: owning, renting-to-rent (with the owner's permission), or managing for owners.
PART 03
The real numbers
Startup costs, monthly costs, pricing, occupancy and break-even — worked out with a simple calculator you get to keep.
PART 04
Rules and permits
The condo rules, permits and registrations to check before you sign anything.
PART 05
Setting up on a budget
What guests care about, what they don't notice, and where new hosts overspend.
PART 06
A listing that gets clicked
Photos, title, description, and how to price your first month.
PART 07
Running it without burning out
Cleaning, check-in, guest messages, and what to automate or hand off.
PART 08

Meet your host
Learn from someone who's actually done it
Hi, I'm Basil — most people call me Cozy. I currently manage 9 short-term rental units. I handle everything: picking units, setting them up, pricing, guests, cleaning teams and reviews. I made the mistakes so you don't have to.
[Add 1–2 sentences: how long you hosted, your proudest result, Superhost status only if true.]
I'm also a sales trainer and business consultant, so I'll teach this as a business, not a hobby.

It depends on the unit and the city. In Part 3 you'll learn to work out your own number with the calculator.
What if I can't attend live?
You get the replay for [X] days. But come live if you can — the Q&A is where the best answers happen.
What language is the workshop in?
Taglish — a natural mix of English and Filipino, like a friend explaining it over coffee.
How do I join?
After payment, you'll get the Zoom link by email and SMS, plus reminders before we start.
